OMG so just got done with my baking class..
UMMMMMMM INTIMIDATION like no other? I THINK SO! Well I managed to get my self into Baking Techniques 2, skipping Baking Techniques 1. MISTAKE? Maybe. But I will make it.
OMG I felt like crying the whole class. Everyone seemed to come from a Baking background, where my baking background is thanks to a kitchen aid and food network! Haha! Food Prep I guess as well. Stacey and I did pro at top chef mo state edition.
But we made quite a few things already! SO good. I actually ate creamy stuff. Shocked? Probably.
