Good evening here, good afternoon to the Americans.

Well today was a 1 class kind of day. Woke up this morning and then went back to bed. It was joyful to sleep in for once. Then I went to class. Italian. Learned a few new things, didn’t fall asleep. Then went and worked out. It was great.

Then I trekked it back what usually takes me 30 min, took me 18? min back across town for my group meeting for my Special Events class. We were all put into small groups and must get together to plan the farewell party for FUA (the college) and whatever group comes up with the most budget-able plan I guess is what the administration is going to choose. We really didn’t get much detail on it so we really didn’t get too much done, but we got a head start anyways.

Then! Stop with the boring stuff. Haleigh, Amy, and I went to the CHOCOLATE FESTIVAL that has been here for a few days. BAHHHHHH All you chocoholics, you would LOVE it! I took pictures of every single stand pretty much, so you will literally feel as if you are walking through it yourself. HEHEHE J Omg so good. I tried this chocolate filled rum ball or something. Geez it was like taking a shot. Gross! I just don’t get the mix of alcohol and chocolate and fruit and chocolate. I like my chocolate separate mostly, besides chocolate covered peanuts and cashews J. They also had chocolate crepes that amy and haleigh got and OMG!!!! They were DELICIOUS! I tried some. But I got a chocolate canoli because I have wanted a canoli for so long. They had 3 dif. kinds- chocolate, regular, and some kind of nut on the side one—but I figured since it was a chocolate festival I would get the chocolate. It was okay. Crepe was better and DEF. the canoli I tried on my last day at work was so much better. I will probably become a Valenti’s regular when I get back in the summer, their canoli is delicious!! Sicily will probably have the best though and AHH April in Sicily!! YAY!

Then we all went back to their apartment and I made my schedule all pretty of my planned out weekends while they did their Italian homework. I still cannot speak Italian, just like I was never a pro at Spanish after 4 years.

THEN! After so long that I have been told, I finally went out for the life changing meal to get what is called a Kabob. AND BOY O BOY! It was def. a life changer!! OMG so good! Everyone rants and raves about these things and we all finally “kabobbed” it tonight for dinner. What they are—it’s a tortilla with this pork that they cut off the bone (we think that’s why it is called a kabob cause the pork is shaved off of a stick), a tad bit of hot sauce, lettuce, cabbage, onions, this cucumber mix, and then you can also get French fries (random?), tomatoes, and this yogurt sauce that tastes like ranch apparently but I opted out of those 3. Def. goes on the list of things I will miss for sure! Frequent kabob nights will be happening for sure!

Now Alexa and I are going to be playing plumber because our stupid toilet and washer aren’t working and we cannot call anyone or they’ll charge us over 500 american dollars. SO wish us luck. I will do one last update tomorrow before I depart for VIENNA AND AUSTRIA!! Sound of music tour Sunday------- I can hear the hills coming alive J!

Hope you all have a good night!
