Ciao my friends!
SO sorry for the no blog yesterday.. Not much to report!
Well yesterday I woke up, finished the Italian Job, and then had Italian at noon! 2 weeks till midterms. EWW. Then my weekend started J
SO I went home worked out and then last minute, got the memo we were making it Margarita Wednesday instead of today because a lot of us have to wake up super early tomorrow. So we went to the best Mexican restaurant, so people say, for their happy hour margarita pitchers and we got the best margaritas! Peach, mango, some blue kind, and then regular. Geez I miss my margaritas! But let me tell you, Florence wins on the best margaritas I have ever had! However, being there made me miss Qdoba even more. Their guacamole just doesn’t compare to the amazingness of Qdoba.
Then we went to an Irish Pub of course and made some new friends like always! But then I decided I was way too tired and went home!
Woke up today about 10:30. Love having no classes on Thursdays and got ready to go workout with Alexa. Now I am sitting at school working on different stuff.
Tonight we are going to Dante’s for pizza and wine, but not going out after because we have to wake up so early…… Some of us have to meet at 5:30 to go on the other Rome trip and others have to wake up at the same time to meet for Parma and Modena! So 4am wake up call. JOY!
But it will be worth it! We are going to tour the Parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar factories and I couldn’t be any more excited J! I cannot wait. 4 am is only 2 hours less than my normal. I can handle it….. maybe I will just do some expresso shots this time around J! Haha
Anyways.. we are thinking about either doing Assisi day trip for Saturday or my friend Amy is checking into maybe a wine tour in Chianti for all of us to do. J Either way I am excited for the coming weekend! Plus we have great plans for Saturday night and I will finally get to go to a secret bakery for the first time J!! YAY!
Just to add for pure humor, because I literally LOL reading this. I emailed everyone at work on Tuesday for the annual baking class update with photos from Venice and baking class that night and Bev who I work with sends me back this response……. “Thanks for the update. I’m sorry I didn’t answer sooner, however, between the goo from the photos of your baked goods oozing from my monitor or by me drooling on the keyboard, I was unable to respond.” Literally LMAO!
Hope you all have a great weekend ahead and great end to the work and school week J!
Miss and love you all!
